Poster presenters, please see the instructions for preparing your poster at the link to the right. Accepted abstracts are printed in the Congress program and will be made available on this website within a month of the Congress closure. Please check back in April.

Primary consideration was given to abstracts reporting original research. Consideration was also given to reports on education, policy, or programs of relevance to vegetarian nutrition. The following categories were available:
